We all know my affections for pink. So how about this magenta colored library? It's absolutely fantastic! A jewel toned wall is the perfect look for a glamorous reading nook... so very modern day Aladdin. Designer Lindsay Coral Harper decorated this room for the Cathedral Antiques Show House in Atlanta. She did a wonderful job...

Her use of pattern is perfectly played. The ink blot rug against the striped curtains look great together. The Goyard like fabric on the chairs perfectly complements the small brass cocktail table and hot pink leopard stools make the artwork WORK.

It's so cheerful. I'm not sure I could live with it long term but I so admire those who can take such a bold step. It's really fun!

absolutely adore the colors! OMG, oh so jealous!
The mulberry built-ins are absolutely gorgeous!!! Wouldn't that color cabinetry look amazing as a little girls' window seat {for reading} with a patterned fabric covered cushion?!? Love it!
Mulberry.... its music to the eyes! Love it! In total agreement with Julie, masterfully mixed!
Where is the ceiling pendant from? I would love to use this in a bedroom I'm working on in Hong Kong at the moment!
