Weekend Decorating: how to display your china properly

Ever wondered how to display your perfect china to make it look amazing?
Well, I have just the solution...

get a gorgeous wallpaper and recover your china cabinet like maison decor has done so beautifully...
I also really enjoy this photo above, because it shows stacked plates and one on its side to show the beauty of the dish. It's the perfect balance of storage and display.
Even just a dark paint on your cabinets could do the trick for extra bold showcasing.

Now do you see the impact of wallpaper?

Good before and after example. I love the wallpaper behind the dishes, sort of like a tablecloth.

Dearest Ashlina,

The very first photo would give me a headache; way too loud and colors are clashing with each other. With white china the wall paper idea might work but not with others.
Ours is displayed in its china cabinet which is behind glass, on solid French oak shelves... goes with anything!
Love to you,
Mariette
