Did you guys see my new loveseat I got for my small nyc studio?
I am just beyond in love with the beautiful teal tufted leathery goodness.
When you have a small space, such as a small NYC apartment, extra seating is so very necessary. What came to mind for me is a beautiful loveseat at the foot of the bed. Perfect for tv viewing and fireplace closeness.
It was essential I get something in my apartment that would provide extra seating for the guests I have staying with me this week. (can't wait. Cassie + Meg) The NYC Fashion Week festivities are in full effect for the next few weeks and I have a whole host of events to attend. So this little sofa, came in the nick of time!
Do you guys love foot of the bed loveseats as much as I do? I am so fond of the look.

oooh I'm torn between the regal blue (paired with grey tufted headboard) and the playful pattern button tufts right above. dreamy!
I adore them. If you have the room. There is something so more refined putting your shoes on while sitting on one of these in your bedroom than on your bed xx

I think seating is an important element for a bedroom and is often overlooked. It gives you a place to rest, put on shoes, pack a bag, etc. other than in the kitchen or living room (and offers a bit of privacy and retreat). I personally don't have room for a loveseat at the foot of the bed, but I am contemplating a simple upholstered chair near the door. Could be fun!
Every bedroom should have a place to sit! These are beautiful!

Thnx for the inspirations. I just purchased my 1st home in Philly & the bdrms aren't that big. But now i have a couple of really cool ideas, so i know im goN to end up with a fabulous sanctuary. (Wink)

I love backing a loveseat up to a bed. When I had a tiny studio here in SF, that is how I broke up the room, and it worked perfectly. Made it so I wasn't staring into the "bedroom" while sitting in the "living room"
Lovely pics! A loveseat really makes a bedroom look furnished and so much more than just a place to sleep.
I like the wallpaper in the first one!
