One of the luxuries of working from home is that I get to work anywhere my little decorating heart desires. I am the first one to relish in the art of decorating your home office, but surprisingly, I have been working from the fabulousness that is my dining room table.
We have an adorable desk in our living room that is the perfect workspace. On most days, it just won't do. I need ample space to spread out paint and fabric samples, art, my belongings, stationary, etc. So, I am utterly inspired by others who work at their dining room tables as I do...
I must tell you its a gorgeous dining room table and it works!

I find myself working on our kitchen bar or a tall table in our living room. Glad it isn't just me.
I'm all for this. Plenty of room to work.

I don't work at home, but I am taking some classes outside of work (to broaden my language horizon and since I loved language classes when I took them in college) and I LOVE doing my work on the dining room table. I have so much room to spread out. But I guess, I have to love it since I don't have a desk in my room...

Looks good, like the first pic, I usually work from the dining room table just because it's too cold in the room where my desk is but soon I should be working in there again I think!
Despite having two homes of tables and chairs to choose to work from, my decorating partner and I most often wind up surrounded by fabrics, paint swatches, printouts ... on the floor.
Still I've been itching to redecorate my office -- and that top photo sure is an inspiration.
