A lovely and very chic decorating combination, white walls and chic ornate mirrors make such a fabulous mix. Hoping that my new NYC apartment allows me to paint, however, just in case that is not the situation, I'm daydreaming of ways to work with white walls. These are such fabulous examples, no?

White isn't so bad. I think it's a gorgeous back-drop for bright accessories and art.

Ooooh, I love all these rooms. I like the way they use black sparingly and I love the one room with the brick wall. It's beautiful with the gold mirror.

White is quite nice to look at in these beauties of pictures, but hard to live with when you have four kids.
I love white walls, but its just not practical for me, so i will just daydream too!
PS...I want dark floors sooo dang bad!
That first image is just so yummy, LOVE the giant gild mirror and that settee is just sweet :)
