I have a client who is living the ultimate NYC girl dream. She is adorable and fun, her pre-war apartment in gramercy park is also fabulous. The fun part, is that we are decorating it with total girlish charm. Pinks and purples and soft and dreamy decor. It's just exhilarating! So, today, I am fondly fixated on the deliciousness and dreaminess that is girlish charm...

I do Have a girly home and I'm happy you got some inspiration from it. (first 2 pictures). Actually picture nr. 2 is my favourite spot in my home. The closet entrance. This is completely amazing! So freaking charming! The problem appears when you live with your boyfriend/husband. You have to make all these girlish thing into something more masculin too. And that could be a mess.

I've always wanted to have this type of room. It makes it a little more challenging when having a husband to share the room with, but it definitely serves as inspiration and then adding some tweaks here and there to make it a his+hers room. Lovely post!
