How adorable are these beautiful breakfast nooks? Sunday mornings are the perfect opportunity to luxuriate and actually get use out of lounging in the breakfast nook. The tantalizing scent of freshly made coffee and beautiful bright sunlight seals the deal on my breakfast nook bliss.

I'm absolutely loving the first breakfast nook -- It looks appropriate for a family, yet still stylin'! Hope your Sunday is full of blessings!
I've been dreaming of creating a breakfast nook off my galley kitchen since we moved in a decade ago. But that would mean enclosing an outdoor patio ... not going to happen. Instead I put a $150 Ikea Docksta table in the bay window of my sunny second floor loft and it changed our lives. We now spend a good portion of our time there in cold weather ... in fact I'm typing this from my "breakfast nook" right now as I wait for my hubby to come back from the store with bacon for brunch & bloodies.
